Any registered user in Baziran has an special page called "My Baziran". For viewing this page, click on
"My Baziran"
at the top of all pages of Baziran. In My Baziran main page there is a summary of you activities in Baziran. Also there is a list in My Baziran and we will review them as following:
1- Review Buying Records:
- Items I am Biding
- Items I Bought
- Items I hadn't win
These three options give you information about items you have bought or bid.
If you want to buy an item which is not available in site, you can type the related keywords, and then you will be notified via email immediately when an item containing this keyword listed to site.
You can add your favorite items to your "List of Watch Items". To watch an item, click "Add to Watch Items List" in item listing page.
2- Review Selling Records:
- Items I am selling
- Sold Items
- Not Sold Items
These three options give you information about auctions you have listed.
• Relist Item:
If your item was not sold, you can relist it. If you don't wish to relist, you can delete it.
• Edit & Cancel Items:
In this page you can edit the information of your items and if there is no bid on it, you can cancel it. (Items have been placed bids on it, are not editable.)
3- Feedbacks:
• Leaving Feedback :
You can view the list of users whom you make a purchase or sale and leave Positive, Neutral or Negative Feedback.
• My Feedbacks
• Feedbacks I have left
The list of feedbacks you have left for other users and your own feedbacks you have received, are available in these two pages.
• Answering to Negative Feedbacks:
If a user has left you a negative feedback, you can mention your reasons. This causes others to judge personally about this feedback.
4- Message Center:
• Review, Delete or Send New:
Your sent and received messages are shown in this page. You can view, reply or delete them. For sending new message, click on "New" button.
• Email Management:
The list of all emails which is being sent by Baziran are shown in this page. You can ask Baziran to unsubscribe some of them for you.
5- My Account:
• Personal Information:
Contains information you entered when registering and all information are protected by Baziran privacy policy. You can edit some of them.
• My Page:
This page shows some information such as your transactions and feedbacks for other users. In spite of adding your picture you can type some extra information about yourself.
• Edit Ads.:
You can edit or delete your contextual ads. in this page.
• Edit Shop:
Shop-owners can edit their shop information in this page.
• Account Statement:
The statement of fees for Baziran services and your payments to Baziran are listed in this page.
• Pay to Baziran:
In this page you can view all methods of paying to Baziran.
• Reverse Payments via SEP:
Those users who activate Saman Electronic Payment, can review their Saman Accounts in this page and if required reverse some amounts to their buyers.
6- Dispute:
• Black List:
You can block user(s) whom you do not like them to bid on your items. |
